Description

This baking stone opens up a wealth of possibilities when grilling. Thanks to its porous surface, the stone draws moisture out of the dough and ensures an extra crisp crust when, for example, using the high, dry heat of the grill to bake pizzas. It can also be used for baking bread, rolls or biscuits. The baking stone can be used on both charcoal and gas grills as well as in the oven. After use, it should be cleaned with hot water.
