Shipping policy

Orders placed on formahouse.co.uk are dispatched within two time frames: -

Standard delivery
- Orders have a 2-3 day delivery window.
- Free for orders over £30.00.
--- Or is charged at £3.00 for orders below £30.00.

Express delivery
- Orders received before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.
--- Otherwise, they are dispatched on the next working day.
- Express delivery is at £3.90 for orders over £30.00.
--- Or £6.00 for any orders below £30.00.

This is a tracked, 'signed for' service sent via FedEx. At present, we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. If there is an issue with the dispatch of your consignment, our customer services team will make contact with you directly via email to resolve. If you wish to amend an order placed, please contact us at the earliest opportunity via sales@formahouse.co.uk so we can rectify.
