Multi Frying pan 20 cm Mosaic ceramic Slip-Let® coating

This versatile frying pan from the Eva Trio Mosaic range is the pan for cooks who want a durable all-rounder. Measuring 20 cm in diameter, it is ideal for small portions of vegetables or cuts of meat. This frying pan is constructed using Eva Trio’s triple-layer technology to ensure even and efficient heat distribution on all heat sources. The pan body is made of 100 per cent recycled aluminium and 90 per cent recycled stainless steel. The special hybrid coating combines stainless steel and ceramic Slip-Let® to perfectly balance frying performance and usability. The raised patterns in the steel protect the ceramic surface, so you can safely use metal utensils. This frying pan is based on Ole Palsby’s original design from 1977 and features smart solutions like a practical pouring lip, stackability and compatibility with lids and other pieces in the Eva Trio range. The pan guarantees oven-safe heat-resistance up to 400 °C. It is also dishwasher-safe.
