Orders placed on formahouse.co.uk are dispatched within two time frames: -

Standard delivery
- Orders have a 2-3 day delivery window.
- Free for orders over £30.00.
--- Or is charged at £3.00 for orders below £30.00.

Express delivery
- Orders received before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.
--- Otherwise, they are dispatched on the next working day.
- Express delivery is at £3.90 for orders over £30.00.
--- Or £6.00 for any orders below £30.00.

This is a tracked, 'signed for' service sent via FedEx. At present, we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. If there is an issue with the dispatch of your consignment, our customer services team will make contact with you directly via email to resolve. If you wish to amend an order placed, please contact us at the earliest opportunity via [email protected] so we can rectify.

Returns

If you wish to return an item or have any issues at all with your delivery, please notify us as soon as possible - and in the case of unwanted returns, within 30 days of receipt - by email to [email protected].

We will issue the relevant return instructions and process a refund for you once the item has been received and processed via our warehouse.

Unless the item received is deemed faulty, returns are at the customer's cost. Any outward delivery charges will not be refunded.
